About BlueSkyMinds

BlueSkyMinds was founded in 2016 to facilitate science-based mindfulness programmes that have a sustained, measurable impact on individuals and organisations. We have worked with organisations such as AA Insurance, Auckland University of Technology, Xero, Coca-Cola Amatil, Manukau DHB, and Southern Cross to educate, inspire and deliver results using the science of mindfulness.

We have a nationwide team of highly experienced facilitators, all with a business background, who are trained to teach the globally recognised gold standard in mindfulness training: Mindfulness-based-stress-reduction (MBSR) through MTI Australia. Each facilitator has a well-established mindfulness practice, attends regular teacher lead retreats, and has ongoing mindfulness teaching supervision.

This comprehensive 12-month teacher training pathway and ongoing framework sets us apart from many other providers in the industry. Not only are our facilitators trained to work with a full range of mental health conditions, we deliver globally recognised evidence-based curriculum in a way that aligns to the business environment.
